Dukes & Bell

Carl and Mike are joined by Audacy MLB Insider Tony Gwynn Jr. as they discuss the latest on the Braves and how well Ronald Acuna Jr. has played since he has returned.

Carl and Mike come back with some brief thoughts on the Hawks and how they may draft on Wednesday should they maintain their 13th and 22nd picks. As they discuss, they both agree regardless of what the Hawks do , they must find a way to attain a legit big man whether through the draft or in an offseason move.

Carl and Mike open up the show with their reaction to the Braves win over the Mets and agree the "bad news" is the fact the team does not have a closer as Raisel Iglesias struggled when he he entered the game in the eighth inning and gave up two hits before being pulled. As they discuss, they also agree Ronald Acuna Jr. has been carrying the team as much as he can since returning and playing with so much confidence that hope can start to rub off on the rest of the lineup.
