Mike and Abe get into some Hawks talk as they share more thoughts on the team picking up their 10th straight win as they defeated the Magic and moved into eighth place in the Eastern Conference standings. As they discussed, they agree that while the Hawks are the hottest team in the NBA, they beleive it is importanct for them to focus on what they control in effort to give themselves a chance in the NBA playoffs.

Mike and Abe get into some brief baseball talk as they share thoughts on how interesting they believe the WBC has been as the finals will feature Team USA versus Venezuela, who Braves' All-Star Ronald Acuna Jr. plays for. They then get into some NFL talk as they react to the latest headlines, including the Dolphins trading Jaylen Waddle to the Broncos.

Mike and Abe get into some Falcons talk as they share thoughts on the free agency moves and discuss whether or not the team will be in position to be a playoff contender this upcoming season. As their conversation continues, Abe notes he believes the moves made by the team have essentially placed them in a "holding pattern" for the 2026 season.

Mike and Abe get in to some Braves talk as they share thoughts on how well the team has been looking in spring training and discuss if how the Braves are performing  in spring should give reason to be excited for the regular season.

Mike and Abe open up the show with some Hawks talk as they shared thoughts on the team's win over the Magic to extend their win streak to 10 games in a row and moving just 1.5 below the play-in line of the Eastern Conference standings. They also praise the performance of Nickeil Alexander-Walker as he had a career night with 41 points and nine made three-point baskets.

:00 - Carl and Mike open the show with some Hawks talk as they preview their matchup with the Magic tonight and discuss why they believe this is a matchup in which the Hawks can show who they really are as they and the Magic are battling for final playoff positions and both teams enter on win streaks as the Hawks have won nine in a row, while the Magic have strung together seven straight wins.

:20 – Carl and Mike get back to some Hawks talk as they share a few more thoughts on their matchup with the Magic as they agree this is a game in which the Hawks can prove their win streak is not a "fluke" if they pick up the win. They then share thoughts on Alabama basketball having to deal with the arrest of Aden Holloway just ahead of the NCAA tournament.

:40 – Carl and Mike get into some college hoops talk as they share thoughts on Kennesaw State and Georgia getting into the NCAA Tournament and discuss why they are happy seeing KSU in the dance again and wanting to see Mike White lead Georgia to the finish line in regards to being able to pick up an opening round win over Saint Louis and maybe even more.

:00 – Carl and Mike come back with football talk as they react to some of the latest headlines including the Jets trading Justin Fields to the Chiefs and receive more first round picks, which Carl and Mike agree the move sets the Jets up to turn their franchise around over the next couple of season with the amount of first round picks they have acquired. As their discussion continues, they also agree the move further show the Falcons did right by waiting on Tua Tagovailoa to be cut by the Dolphins versus going out and trading for a QB which would have required giving up more picks.

:20 – Carl and Mike get into some more Falcons talk as they share thoughts on which player loss will be felt the most by the Falcons and which of the players who they signed in free agency can come in and have the impact the team will need to be successful this season.

:40 – Carl and Mike get into What's on DA-DA's Mind as they discuss the GHSA basketball state championships coming to an end over the weekend, Georgia women's track and field winning the indoor championship and the fun of the NCAA Tournament.

4 O'clock Hour

:00 – Carl and Mike get into some college hoops talk as they share thoughts on Bruce Pearl being upset about Auburn not getting into the tournament and Miami of Ohio getting into the tournament.

:20 – Carl and Mike get back to some Hawks talk as they share thoughts on what they want to see from the team in tonight's matchup with the Magic, to which, Carl believes seeing the team show how tough they play win or lose will make him feel better about the team moving forward as they continue to make their playoff push, while for Mike, he hopes to see Jonathan Kuminga play and if he does, establish himself in the rotation.

:40 - Carl and Mike get into "Guy Talk" as they share thoughts on the Oscars winners and losers and The Players Championship in which Ludvig Aberg had one of the more memorable collapses, and the fact there is an NIT Tournament.

:40 – Carl and Mike get into some Hawks talk as they continue to share thoughts on tonight's matchup with the Magic and agree that the Hawks have a chance to define the type of team they will be in the playoffs with wins against teams like the Magic.
