Dukes & Bell

Dukes and Bell get into some college football talk as they react to Tennessee moving on from quarterback Nico Iamaleava after being unable to come to an NIL contract agreement as they both agree to not taking issue with how Josh Heupal and Tennessee decided to handle the matter. As they discuss, they agree it is likely Iamaleava may be receiving bad advice in handling his request for more NIL money and ultimately, the Volunteers made the right decision in not allowing the quarterback to hold the hostage.

Dukes and Bell come back with some brief Falcons talk and share some thoughts on what direction the team will go in next week's NFL Draft. Then in 4th and 1, they react to reports Derek Carr's season may be in trouble, as he is dealing with an apparent shoulder injury. As they discuss, they share thoughts on the potential direction the Saints will address moving forward should Carr be sidelined including drafting Shedeur Sanders or turning their attention to veterans Aaron Rogers or Kirk Cousins, who they both agree should not be an issue despite being traded within the division.

Dukes and Bell come back with some more thoughts on the Braves and discuss what they believe is the root cause to the team's struggles and whether or not there are multiple issues plaguing the club. As they discuss, they each agree on the eventual returns of Spencer Strider, which is reportedly going to be Wednesday, and Ronald Acuna Jr. could be the spark the club is in need of however, with Chris Sale struggling of late and Reynaldo Lopez out, and several players still looking for consistency at the plate, both Carl and Mike agree the Braves are still looking for answers.

Dukes and Bell come back with some more thoughts on The Masters as they continue to agree how "incredible" the annual golf major was, capped with Rory McIlroy winning his first Green Jacket. They then share some thoughts on the Hawks as they both agree that should the Hawks win tomorrow and secure the seventh seed, facing the Celtics in the first round of the playoffs will be a tough task. Then in Daily Download, they give more reactions to Rory McIlroy's Masters win, Kirby Smart's reaction to the Georgia Bulldogs' spring game as he addressed where he believes the Dawgs can improve. They also react to Brent Key comments following Georgia Tech's spring game as he spoke on the importance of having spring games.

Dukes and Bell open up the show with their reactions to The Master both agreeing the annual golf major was one of the best of all time which included a roller coaster ride for Rory McIlroy which resulted in his first Green Jacket and his completion of the Grand Slam. As they share some thoughts, they discuss whether the Rory win relieved him of pressure to pick up more major wins this season. They then share some thoughts on the Braves following their series loss to the Rays over the weekend as Carl states he believes it may be a challenge to turn things around.
