They then get into Falcons talk as they discuss the team beginning their interviews for a new general manager, which Carl believes the team will likely not announce a hiring for the role until later next week or possibly later.

As they discuss, they share thoughts on just how much the new GM will be able to call shots or will Matt Ryan be heavily involved with decision making of the GM.
