Dumbing it Down with Dave

In this episode, Dave produces the fastest podcast on earth—based on miles—while staying true to pragmatism, truth, happiness and the search for it all. He (reluctantly) does this on his way to work passing through New York State Thruway at about 6:00 P.M. Eastern Time (13 January 2020 Monday) on dry roads and in fair temperature and weather conditions.

In this episode, Dave quite a lot—it’s amazing he actually accomplished it within half an hour. He recaps Episode No. 187 and talks about his difficulties understanding the last episode of Awesome Insanity Surfers even though he’s listened twice to it and he knows for sure it’s not as complicated at it seems to him at the moment. He also recounts his bad experience of not experiencing decompression after Podcast Movement 2017 in Anaheim, California and how it affected him so badly later in the year that he ended up taking a podcation at the end of 2017 and didn’t record another episode until June of 2018. As usual, he then buries the lead and cheers on the fact that he no longer has to work on Saturday nights. What a great occasion!

The number of incidents represented a fraction—just 0.0002 percen— of Uber’s 1.3 billion rides in the United States last year.
