Walt Disney World has announced that both early entry and extended evening hours will continue to be offered through 2026. Early entry 30 minutes before official park opening is available to Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels and select other hotels. The evening hours are available to all guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resort, Disney Deluxe Villa Resort or other select hotels. These benefits are all included with stays at a Disney Vacation Club resort regardless of Member eligibility.
In addition, the free water park entry on arrival day will be offered next year, though Disney’s announcement simply says “Summer 2026” for the perk.

In an unusual move for Disney, Disney Vacation Club Members will be allowed access to a discounted dining plan perk in 2026. One child’s dining plan (age 3-9) can be added to the reservation for free for each adult paid package.
The Quick Service Dining Plan offers two quick service meals and one snack or non-alcoholic beverage per day, plus a refillable beverage mug for the entire length of the stay. The plan is priced at $60.46 per adult and $26.16 per child. The traditional Disney Dining Plan includes one table service meal, one quick service meal and one snack or drink per day, along with the refillable mug. This plan is priced at $98.59 per adult and $31.94 per child.

Disney has announced VIP Passholder days will be returning this summer at the Walt Disney Resort from May 14th to July 31st. This is longer than previous years. The following perks will be offered:

Total direct sales for Disney Vacation Club in March 2025 were just north of 180,000 which is continued strong sales. Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows dominated the sales numbers with 91,000 points total, which is the second highest total since the resort went on sale. The Polynesian has sold 14% of the resorts 3.8 million points, and is on pace for selling out by the end of 2027. 33% of the resort inventory has been declared to DVC, so with additional declarations not expected until August or September.
Meanwhile, Disney’s Riviera Resort continues at a pace of 60,000 points in March, which is slightly below the average of the resort. The resort is currently 77% sold and, barring a serious drop, will be sold out by the end of 2026. The resort is also 87% declared into inventory. There are still 47 units not yet declared.
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness continue to sell a small but steady 7,000 points a month and are now 3.3% sold.

D23 Gold members are now eligible to receive $500 off a Disney Vacation Club purchase of 150 points for new Members or a 100 points for existing Members. This offer is good through the end of 2026.
In addition, Disney Vacation Club is now allowing 15-year financing for direct purchases instead of 10-year financing. Rates start at 12% which is an extra percentage point above a 10-year loan.
