A poem about my love affair with water and honouring said for all it’s been for me.

This episode personifies Mania. It is a reading of a part of a mini book series I am working on titled the same as episode title. I hope it gives an insight into what mania often looks like. I promise it’s not all “crazy”

This piece was written when I first experienced winter in Canada. I loved watching how the trees changed from Summer to Fall to Winter. It was beautiful and it taught me something valuable which I tried to express in this piece. It taught me that sometimes we have to let go of things of the past that may weigh us down in our new season and that that undressing can be as beautiful as it is necessary. And most importantly, that it is ok.
