STEP 3: Participate in our national, one-week sketchboard evangelism trainings (SET)
STEP 4: Participate in one of our orientation-candidate school classes which last one week.
STEP 5: Enter into a two-year staff internship program.
STEP 6: Full-staff appointment is made.
