Some neighbors in Old Bridge, New Jersey are annoyed with a 400,000-Christmas light display and city officials say the homeowner will have to pay. Tom Apruzzi created his display 15 years ago and has made it a yearly tradition. The light show is synchronized with music and sees about 1,000 spectators each night. Neighbors argue that those crowds and cars make the road too dangerous.
