Michael Josefowicz was a 73-year-old retired printer who was very active on Twitter and within the printing community. Unfortunately, he passed away unexpectedly in January of 2021. Michael was incredibly kind, intelligent, and helpful to many in the world of printing. He was a truly remarkable man who touched many lives. Jim and Shelby had the privilege of recording this podcast with him shortly before his passing. We want to extend our heartfelt condolences to Michael's friends and family. We hope that this podcast can be one of the many pieces of his lasting legacy.

In this episode, Jim and Shelby speak with Mary Song, Color Manager at Tectonics. She is attended a ColorCasters Color Management Boot Camp in the past and used that knowledge to advance her career. She manages color for multiple locations on some of the largest dye sublimation printing equipment available. Mary discusses why she loves dye sublimation, some of the challenges with managing color remotely, and how her company has been adapting to fit the changes coming to the dye sublimation industry as a whole.
