Without transparency from us, our youth are unable to speak out about their true feelings.  They are afraid of the judgement.  Break the cycle.  Don't continue to allow them to suffer in silence. 

In the Midst of our storm, God is right there

During a time of such turmoil, we have to show love, care and gentleness to those we love. Let's heal the broken relationships before it's too late.  

When you can't stand to hear how your hurt and lack of loyalty affects your friends, maybe you need to do better.

In the midst of all of the hatred, confusion and envy, we are missing the mark.  We fail to love on the people who matter, meanwhile we are losing them day by day.  My classmate since fourth grade passed today.  My heart aches.  I lose count of the number of losses my loved ones and I have experienced, and it is heartbreaking; still, many fail to realize how grateful they should be to see each day.  Sleep in Heavenly Peace Tara Roxanne Jonson, you will be missed.

This episode is an apology to my four children for their Childhood Trauma.

At 52, I realize how awesome God has been in my life.  My final chapter is looking amazing.

Mental Health Awareness Month for Our Kings

So many storms in my life and several throughout the last few weeks.  I still praise God.  I know that He will make a way.  He will make a way for you as well.

Day 29 of Mental Health Awareness Month has me reflecting on all I've been through during this hectic time.  No matter how hard it has been, God has been amazing, and I am grateful.
