There is one thing everyone will do. It is unavoidable. But despite this, there is a lot of stigma and taboo surrounding it. Why? Because we have been taught to fear it, or more so the judgement that comes from it. Death is something that is waiting for all of us, but I think it is fair to say, what we think about it, is wrong.
There is no need to fear it, and today I talk with the remarkable Claire O’Berry about the amazing work she does helping people prepare for the inevitable. For something we all do, the one thing we don’t do is talk about it. Well that is about to change.
