Sounding like you know what you are talking about is as easy as admitting when you don't know what you're talking about.

When people ask, "What are some tools to be more confident?," this is typically a question of an external tool.  All of the tactics to answer any of these questions are internal - why am I not confident in myself?, why do I care what other people think?, how do I be more myself?, how do I express more of who I am?, how to I remove emotional blocks?

Am I credible?  Well, you must first see yourself as credible.  Credibility within yourself is synonymous with authentic.  When you are authentic, you are perceived as credible. Are you feeling, "I am pretending to be someone I am not" - ?  How to stop pretending to be someone you're not is basically how to be more authentic. How to build authentic confidence? - be more authentic.

We have a tendency to pretend because we are afraid of what someone else thinks. It's important to realize that we are ALWAYS playing a role - we are always playing a character. The more that we judge ourselves because of the character we are playing at that time, the more inauthentic we feel. The solution is to accept that we are always playing a role, and as you bring more of yourself into that role, the more you will sound (and look) like you know what you are talking about.

We find ourselves in a lot of judgement around relationships.  We attempt to categorize people and relationships into boxes, having certain people in our life for a certain purpose, and others for another.

Most times, when we are looking at a perception of a lack of strong relationships, we are really looking at the idea of having a strong relationship with our self.

Associated questions that those looking for stronger relationships are also asking are: how to have more friends?, how do i accept people, how to be more accepting of other people, how to be more fun with other people, why am i so serious?, how do i let go of struggle? and how to let go of resistance?

Asking and answering these questions within ourselves also represents the path towards the realization of stronger relationships.

The lead part of you is your perspective.  The decisions that you make are based upon the perspective that you choose to take.  Leading with the heart is the idea of perceiving things as the heart perceives things - within a unified perspective.

How to lead with the heart?  Heart-based decision-making and using intuition in decision-making means asking how to go into the heart.  To move from head to heart, we must first find ourselves, our identity. When we say "I," who are we talking about?"

The questions that we end up asking are how to I get into my heart?, what is going into the heart?, and why should I go into the heart?

Getting centered in decisions is really what we are talking about.  We use the term the heart of represent a feeling, not an organ. How to be more centered?  Feel into the mantra, "Get into my body and bring in my higher self."

Bringing in the higher self is bringing in more of who you already are.  This is a phasing in, not a phasing out.

The problem is the idea that we must lead with our mind in order to be "rational," and that we have associated the idea of perceiving things in a unified sense as ungrounded or idealistic or irrational.  This is the perspective of not having actually experienced perceiving things from the heart's perspective and not having made decisions with that perspective being the dominating perspective. The solution is to allow the mind to relax into it's more comfortable role of observing and reacting - not projecting out expected values without regard for the more easeful and many times unseen route.

We have a lot of expectations as we step into a management role for the first time. Those expectations are things that come from societal inputs. Identifying them and replacing ones that are suboptimal with ones that are more authentic makes you a better manager.

There are great rewards and challenges of being a manager.  First time manager mistakes are very common, which is why first time managers training programs are so popular.  People also end up searching for new manager tips for first days on the job or new manager tips when starting at a new job.  First time manager challenges include mostly inexperience, and the idea is very simple - gain experience quickly. The best tips for managers managing employees come from those that give them for free because they are incredibly obvious once learned.

What are the challenges of being a team leader and a supervisor?  These are basically the same challenges faced by managers in an organization as well as challenges faced by modern managers.  All common challenges of a supervisor can be overcome dramatically with increased presence to the process.

We are talking about management, not leadership here. This is about you as the person that executes with precision, yet is adaptable. The idea with first time managers is that the lack of awareness of the managerial process is insecurely filled with expectations.

More of you coming into your awareness = stuff gets pushed up to the surface to be looked at, integrated, and the resistance released.

Why did I have a spiritual awakening?  Questions relating to the signs, feelings and causes of spiritual awakening - process, how long, etc. - are all ideas that are internally answered.  Yes, there are people that have "woken up" that can assist in showing signs of spiritual awakening (your not crazy), as well as provide some clarity on why does spiritual awakening happen, but ultimately it is an individual journey.

Depression during spiritual awakening is real, but so is absolute bliss during the answering of, "What is spiritual enlightenment?"  "How to achieve spiritual awakening?" is really not the idea. It is not, in my perspective, something to achieve, but rather to experience.

The question, "What is practical spirituality?" is the question on the experiencer asking, "How to I stay grounded?"

The cause of resistance for many people's experience with going through a spiritual awakening is either 1) lack of awareness that it is happening or 2) lack of acceptance to what it looks like (i.e. expectations).

Happiness comes from within. It is not inherently dependent upon your external reality. When you make it dependent upon your external reality, your happiness is variable.

If you are looking for how to be happy with your life, how to be happy with yourself?, how to be happy again?, how to really be happy?, or how can you maximize your happiness in life?, It really starts with the question, "How can someone CHOOSE to be happy?"

How do i find more peace?  How do i find more joy? How do i find more love?  It doesn't matter if you perceive yourself to be a happy person now, or if you do not, starting with the fundamental understanding of how your perception is informing your experience is necessary.

The perspective that being overwhelmed is clouded in confusion, but there is a very simple way to gain clarity. How to be productive at work? How to be MORE productive at work? One of the greatest skills to improve job performance is the ability to continue to be productive when you are feeling overwhelmed. We are shifting into parallel realities each and every moment of our existence. Recognizing this bring you more power to live the life that you desire. How to shift into a better reality? All of these questions relating to the law of attraction, meditation or our awareness are internal processes. The most powerful techniques for experiencing an alternate reality involve our quantum self - the non-physical self (higher self) that exists within our potential. So, whether you are exploring your twin flame relationship, tapping into the collective imagination or practicing quantum jumping, this is the information for you. The problem is that we have a perspective that one moment of our lives has an effect on another moment of our lives, and this connection is inseparable. Instead, think about your life as a movie. Each frame of the film strip represents a moment in your life. One moment only relates to another moment in that the film strip is moving so quickly that you do not see the breaks. This perspective brings you into a place where you believe that you do not have free will to make choices in one moment because you are being held prisoner to the choices that were made in previous moments. The solution is presence and seeing the film strip slow down. This allows for the opportunity to cut the strip and insert another, more ideal, direction for the story to go.

We are very comfortable pouring our creative energy into our work, but there is an opportunity for expansion in focusing that into our relationship with the feminine.

What is a good date night?  What is the best date night ideas for birthdays? The best date night ideas for anniversary?

While this episode is based mostly on my own experience as a heterosexual man in a relationship with a heterosexual woman, there is much to be gleaned from all permutations, especially a heterosexual woman in a relationship with a heterosexual man.

Truthfully, most men that I work with are asking, "How to be more masculine in a relationship?"

This might come out as, how to make my wife happy?, how to make my husband happy?, how to be more romantic with your girlfriend?, how to be more romantic with your boyfriend?, how to be more romantic with your wife?, how to be more romantic with your husband?, how to increase sexual energy.  However, the basic questions are the same, and much of it comes down to understanding the essence of your self as divinely masculine, and perhaps not so much culturally masculine.

We have a tendency to see the date night as 1) a stand-alone experience that is separated from the rest of the relationship and that 2) is something that derives its power from the physical experience. This is a problem because it separates things in the relationship and attracts in the idea of playing inauthentic roles to each other. It also gives the power away to the experience and is not dynamic nor sustainable (if it is only about WHAT you do on a date night, things will get stale fast, and you will both be looking for your fulfillment externally). By seeing this as an internal process of authenticity and connection, the date night experience fits into the ideal relationship more easefully.
