It's Week 7 of the NFL and Dynasty Owner season and some big teams are on bye this week (Buffalo, Minnesota, Philadelphia and Los Angeles Rams).

First up are the Listener's League standings, Week 6 game results and Week 7 game previews. We had an undefeated team (Black and Gold) in one of the LIsteners' Leagues, but no more as they lost to 126.3 to 112.34 to THE DOTHRAKI. Congrats to the team who's name is constantly changing on still being undefeated in the other Listeners' League. Their current name is The Curious Case of Eno Benjamin.
Trade talk is next on the agenda as Steve (@SteveVT33) and Jay Pounds (@jaypoundsnfl) go over several recent Dynasty Owner trades, including one in a Listeners' League that has Jay pleading for someone to offer him the same deal.
Next are their thoughts about Week 6 and the upcoming Week 7 games with the strong starts by the Jets and Giants overshadowing the same for the Vikings.
With so many high scoring players on bye in Week 7, Steve thinks it's an opportunity for some new teams to make it into the Chase for the Ring Top 25. It's Week 6 of the NFL and Dynasty Owner season and as Steve Van Tassell (@SteveVT33) reminds everyone several times, we have four teams on bye - Detroit, Houston, Las Vegas and Tennessee.

Next are their thoughts about Week 5 and the upcoming Week 6 games. They discuss the Thursday Night Football game between Washington and Chicago with a plug from Steve to read the long article on ESPN about the Commanders owner.

They make different selections for Player of the Week and Bust of the Week. However, their weekly game selections are pretty similar with quite a few road teams predicted to win (especially in the early games).

It's Week 5 of the NFL and Dynasty Owner season. Finally, Jay Pounds (@jaypoundsnfl) pays off the Patriots-Steelers game bet from Week 2. You'll need to watch the video or check his Twitter to see the shirt, but it does make Steve Van Tassell (@SteveVT33) happy. After that, they talk about the two Dynasty Owner Podcast Listener leagues and find out who the undefeated 4-0 teams are in each league. They discuss a fairly contentious trade in one of the Podcast Listener leagues and give their takes on the deal. Even if you don't care about other people's trades, it's a good idea to listen and learn what other Dynasty Owners are getting and giving away in trades. Next are their thoughts about Week 4 and the upcoming Week 5 games. They discuss the Thursday Night Football game between Indianapolis and Denver, so find out if they were correct in their predictions. They make different selections for Player of the Week with apologies to Jonathan Taylor for picking him last week. Steve Van Tassell (@SteveVT33) and Jay Pounds (@jaypoundsnfl), the hosts of the Dynasty Owner podcast, break down Week 3 and preview Week 4. First, they talk about the two Dynasty Owner Podcast Listener leagues and find out that the only two 3-0 teams in each league are playing each other in Week 4. There will be only one top team in each league after this week! After that, they look at a couple of recent Dynasty Owner trades involving future draft picks for players. Then, they offer up some Week 3 thoughts and preview Week 4. Find out which RB is the Player of the Week for both of them since neither one thought the other would pick that guy. After a few quick thoughts about what happened in Week 1, it's a full discussion of Week 2. They offer up predictions on the Player of the Week and the Bust of the Week. and make choose the winners of all of the Week 2 games, including an Upset of the Week and a Lock of the Week. Which team do both of them think is going to pull a Week 2 upset? They also place a bet on the outcome of the Patriots-Steelers game but you'll have to tune in to see what they are putting on the line!

Who's excited about the return of NFL Football? It's definitely both Steve Van Tassell (@SteveVT33) and Jay Pounds (@jaypoundsnfl), the host of the Dynasty Owner podcast. Join them as they talk Dynasty Owner fantasy football and give out some Week 1 and season-long predictions. Tuesday night was Draft Night for the second podcast league and Steve gives a shout-out to all of the other 11 teams (including one newcomer and Chase for the Ring contenders in previous seasons). First, they touch on their Value Players of the Year. Value is different in Dynasty Owner as using real NFL contracts and salaries means that value comes from having high-scoring players with cheap salaries. They turn the tables and give us a few High Salary Busts of the Year with at least one surprise included by both of them (plus some obvious choices too). They both give a Lock of the Week and an Upset of the Week for the Week 1 games plus Jay picks the winner of every game for the week. Steve made his choices during the Livestream on Wednesday. With Week 1 out of the way, it's time for Jay to pick his division winners, playoff teams, AFC and NFC Champions and his Super Bowl Champion. Steve recaps his picks as well and notes the differences between the two, especially in the NFC wild card teams as they have completely different teams making the playoffs in the NFC including one team that Jay has winning a division that Steve doesn't pick to even make the playoffs. Finally, they talk about what they are look for in Week 1. Not looking forward to as Jay is looking to see what happens with the offenses in the Miami-New England game, while Patriots fan Steve is worried that the New England offense is a dumpster fire. He's going to watch the game, but isn't really looking forward to seeing what happens. It's a great show so tune in and get ready for Week 1 of the 2022 Dynasty Owner season!

Come join Steve Van Tassell (@SteveVT33) and Jay Pounds (@jaypoundsnfl) as they talk Dynasty Owner fantasy football. Both of them were at the Fantasy Football Expo in Canton, Ohio this past weekend and met Tim, Chris, Jeff - the 2021 Chase for the Ring Champion, and several other Dynasty Owners. It was a lot of fun. Since it was the first full week of NFL pre-season games, they discussed some of the most important things that happened over the past few days. For Jay, the first thing he brought up was the QB play in the Jaguars-Browns game. However, he talks about how impressed he was with Trevor Lawrence in his first game under new coach Doug Pedersen and not the poor performance by Browns QB Deshaun Watson. The injury to Zach Wilson and the fallout for the rest of the Jets' position players was Steve's top discussion point. It might be time to go get Joe Flacco or Mike White if you have Wilson on your Dynasty Owner roster and need another QB. Jay is very excited about the play of both Kenny Pickett and George Pickens for his Steelers, while Steve is baffled by the Offensive Coordinator rotation by his New England Patriots. Lastly, they talk about some rookie QBs (Malik Willis and Desmond Ridder) and the polarizing training camp and pre-season for Tennessee rookie WR Treylon Burks.
