I will say that this episode is most of our usual fare, but there is heavy discussion (that I initiate) around the topic of suicide and my frustrations with  what it’s like to have MDD and speak on it publicly. Give it a listen, I think both Olive and Maxelle bare their hearts here and what they each say carries lots of merit.
