Mary Antonarakis works 9 to 5 and has prioritized her life around living a healthy lifestyle. She uses the gym to become a better version of herself, mind and body. Working out has allowed her a space to expend her negative energy. I guess it's an anti-depressant to some degree. But, she wasn't always like this. She grew up an overweight child, and was bullied for most of that life. She continues to battle those demons today. Mary, I want to thank you for being an open book and sharing your story.
