Most men pursue whatever makes them feel good. Comfort has become their god. They're addicted to their couch. They don't like to be pushed outside of their comfort zone but that comfort zone is ruining their life. It's the very thing that's contributing to problems like obesity, heart disease, cancers, diabetes, depression, anxiety, and self-loathing.

My brother, you can be different. You can be better than that, but to do so you must pursue the strenuous life. The strenuous life is actually the best life that yields the most rewards ... not just in this life, but also in the life to come!
