On this episode, I talk to you about the importance of your inner self-talk. We humans are constantly talking to ourselves because this is how we try to make sense of the world, relationships, work, God, faith, pain, stress, etc. It’s how we try to figure out the best way to cope and navigate through life. You may not realize it, but you’ve been talking to yourself all day, but what have you been saying to yourself ... Is it true, godly, positive, and healthy? Or is it false, ungodly, negative, and unhealthy? The Bible says we "reap what we sow" ... and that "sowing" begins with our thoughts (aka = our inner self-talk). If you want a life of freedom, growth, transformation, and impact ... then you better start working on your inner self-talk.
