In this episode of the It's A Mimic! podcast, the panel of Dungeon Masters breaks down their favourite genre: Horror.  It's one of the most difficult tones to hit around the table, so each of the DM's explain their methods and perspectives, and shine a little light on the darkest of campaign types.

Exploration is key when it comes to injecting horror and dread into a D&D campaign, and Adam, Dan, and Terry talk about planning ahead to lay a foundation for your players, and what you can do to bring different kinds of fear to your Halloween session.  Anticipation, specificity, and suspense are all key factors, as well as controlling the room and controlling your own performance.  But what do you do when it all goes wrong?  How can you recognize when you're affecting a player?  And when does it become too much?
