And they're, they're also the things that nobody kind of thinks about on a day-to-day basis unless you bring it up, where things start to change, which is where I focus is the strategies, the goals, the objectives, the metrics, the courses of actions, the where we play, how we win, and that's where we spend most of our time because that's where the change is happening, and that's where we need to be really clear.”
