This week we are joined by reigning 400m freestyle World Champion, Elijah Winnington, as he speaks about the legacy of freestyle in Australia, his performances at the Australia Swimming Trials 2023, as well as looking ahead to the World Championships in Fukuoka in the summer.

Elijah also talks about his mentality when it comes to international competitions and how he is keeping his eye on the freestyle World Records - a feat accomplished by Australian swimming legends Ian Thorpe and Grant Hackett.
