Over the past six months, God has been guiding me through a season of reflection, healing, and realignment. In this episode, I share the story behind the rebrand of my wellness studio to Sarani Wellness and the deeper meaning behind the name.
The word Sarani means “pathway,” and that is exactly what wellness is — not a quick fix, but a pathway toward healing, balance, and honoring the body God has entrusted to us.
During a quiet moment riding my bike along the beach, the name Sarani came to me, and it perfectly captured the vision of creating a space where people can restore their health through non-invasive wellness, nervous system support, and metabolic health.
In today’s fast-paced world, our bodies are enduring tremendous stress. Many people are living in a constant state of fatigue, inflammation, and hormonal imbalance — often fueled by too much caffeine, sugar, and daily stress.
