Karina, had her brainstem dissection at25, now 51 it's with raw humour that she talks self-confidence, motivation, limits &amp; boundaries, how to bring more joy in life, intimacy,  self-discovery, awareness and so more. 

With over 200 episodes,  Season 9 will have a new tone, it's all about  silver linings &amp; moving forward , what's next!?
