I’d like to begin this episode by acknowledging the land that I am learning and living on is the traditional un-ceded, un-surrendered territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg People.

There is a lot of talk about what it means to be resilient and how leaders have to display a sense of resilience to achieve the desired goals.
