The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the last assessment tool that will be discussed in this strengths-based assessment mini-series, meant to help emerging leaders see the popular tools and give them the knowledge to pick the tool that best fits their needs.

And so, in this episode, you’ll hear from Nicole Noel, author of The ENFP Success Guide and aspiring MBTI coach,who will provide an overview of the MBTI, explaining its strengths and weaknesses, and its ability to create personal cognitive awareness.  You’ll also hear about my MBTI assessment and how I reacted when I first heard about my letters.
