It has a low cost of living, welcoming locals, authentic culture, a low crime rate and provides a great launching point for hopping over to other European countries. Richard Barbree and Rumyana Marcheva moved to Pravets, Bulgaria and are loving it. The only thing they seem to be missing is Pop-Tarts!
