In today's episode we share some of the challenges we've experienced during anesthesia school. Each phase of  school seems to bring on new,  unique hardships. Often feelings of anxiety and depression are internalized and you may be tempted to feel like you are the only one struggling. We've got news for ya, YOU'RE NOT. In this episode we simply discuss our battles with mental health and a few things that have helped us throughout school. Remember, you are not alone!
