This offseason, the St. Louis Blues will try to build upon the success they had this year, when they made the playoffs as the 2nd Wild Card and lost in Game 7 of the 1st round. GM Doug Armstrong said they want to break 100 points, and head coach Jim Montgomery said they need to come out of the gate strong. To accomplish those goals, what do the Blues need to do this summer?
