"Malpractice, Life, Disability Insurance" - Julie Nycum 

Julie Nycum, CPCU, RPLU, ARM, is the director of AANA Insurance Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology.  Julie worked for Medical Protective, a Berkshire Hathaway Company for 24 years as Vice President of Underwriting.  She contacted John Fetcho in 2006 to develop products and services tailored to meet the needs of CRNA's as a carrier for AANA IS.  Prior to that Julie, worked in a Commercial Lines / Managing General Underwriting Agency, and served two enlistment terms in the Air National Guard.
