In 2001, a retired tattoo legend was ready to pick up his life in Iowa and move with his new girlfriend and roommates, this time to Florida. When his girlfriend came over to make plans, he ignored her.  But was he actually ignoring her?  After five long years, a mysterious bucket of concrete and an internet sleuth would be the keys to bringing answers to this mysterious case.
