Vinisha Umashankar is a Grade 10 student, an innovator and she is the only one who has innovated the Solar Ironing cart for which she has won the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Ignite award and recently she has won the Children’s Climate Prize. She has participated in several science projects and innovation competitions. Her works provide benefit to the underprivileged.

Dr. Marialice B.F.X. Curran is a pioneer in digital citizenship and is the Founder and Executive Director of the ​Digital Citizenship Institute. She has served as an associate professor, middle school teacher, principal and library media specialist.

Dona Sarkar is a Software Engineer. Multi-published author (turns out fiction writing is really useful in software!).  Owner of the fashion brand Prima Dona studios. Dyslexic but Dealing. Believer that tech upskilling is the ultimate equalizer. Always ready to get on a plane.

Narender Agarwal is Master Facilitator with Gurukul Drona and has conducted more than 1000 programmes in the field of soft skills. He has impacted more than 100 thousand people and is also a mentor and life coach.

At age five Priyanka gave an impromptu speech about an airplane which catapulted her into becoming the distinguished speaker and writer she is today. Although she had followed the cultural expectation of getting a Master's to become an engineer and technologist, Priyanka knew she wanted to make a bigger impact. She wanted a seat at the table to help others, so she got her MBA. At the US National Academy of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, she serves as a Technology leader in digital transformation projects. Priyanka hosts Curryup Leadership video Podcast to spotlight purpose-driven Asian leaders making an impact and has sparked 100+ conversations. She is on a mission to embrace Levity in life.

She served as the Vice President of DC Web Women and was previously on the board of Byte Back Next Generation Council. Priyanka writes for Thrive Global.

Stephen is a passionate advocate of both play as a powerful learning mechanism, and technology as a tool for learning. Actively pioneering much of the work in games-based learning, he started one of the world’s first game-based learning companies in 2005 and is now considered a leader in this global field. Stephen has spent almost 20 years researching, developing and refining curriculum content and pedagogical practices that transform learning through play, for students and teachers worldwide. In his capacity as both an education consultant and Microsoft Program Manager, he travels extensively, working in over 70 countries on 5 continents. He believes in the complete democratization and decolonization of education and that all learning should be a relevant, meaningful experience linked as closely to real world application as possible, and so he designs lessons that draw students and teachers into environments and experiences that take place on real farms, archaeological digs, and museums, to travelling classrooms in shipping containers, and entire curriculum rollout in Minecraft. Stephen has used Minecraft as a tool for teaching and social education for over ten years and has created some of the most well-known and impactful lessons available.

Ranjitsinh Disale, has transformed the life chances of young girls at the Zilla Parishad Primary School, Solapur, Maharashtra, India, has been named the winner of the Global Teacher Prize 2020, in partnership with UNESCO. He is well known for his innovative teaching works, including demonstrating scientific experiments from the science lab built by him and adding QR codes to primary category books.
