Diogo da Silva is a Portuguese educator who is specialized in EdTech in the classroom. He led the elementary STEAM program at escolaglobal, a Microsoft Showcase School, and now oversees the pedagogical component of Visionarium, a non-profit organization that aims to empower teachers and students through the usage of STEAM.
He has coordinated various projects using Minecraft Education, he's a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, a Minecraft Global Mentor, and has spent the past few months developing training content in Microsoft Tools. Currently, he is developing a Minecraft Education project to tackle soft skills.
Besides that, he is also a new writer, having published his first children's book, translated "The Yarn Factory" which tackles gender equality issues. His book touring will begin with the next school year, starting in September.
