Aimee Bloom is a Coordinator of Instructional Technologies, working with educators, students, and administrators in Alternative Education, Special Education, and Career and Tech. Aimee brings to us over 16 years of experience in education. Her career began as a PreK-8th grade art and computer teacher.

Laurie Guyon is the Coordinator of Model Schools at Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES.  Her role focuses on professional learning around technology integration for over 31 school districts across five counties.  As well as this, Laurie is the Capital Region Director and a trainer for NYSCATE, The New York State Association for Computers and Technologies in Education.

Dr. Matthew X. He has been a school and district leader in many capacities in public education over his twenty-seven years in the field, with experiences such as being the director of digital learning and innovation, an elementary school principal, a classroom teacher, and a district professional development specialist. Matt currently serves as the director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment in Leicester Public Schools. He earned a master's degree in special education and administration and has his Ed.D. in educational leadership from Boston College. Matt holds licenses in teaching, school administration, and MA superintendent.    Matt is the author of Power of Us: Creating Collaborative Schools and co-author of Modern Mentoring, Reimagining Teacher Mentorship. His work focuses on inspiring and supporting educators to achieve personal goals to achieve excellence in schools. He is driven to support and empower others to reach their full potential. Nikki Jones is an Instructional Technology Coach in Northern Virginia, United States just outside of Washington DC, the nation's capital. Prior to moving into her current role where she supports K-5 with meaningful tech integration, she taught 1st and 3rd grades. Nikki has a Master’s degree in education and 15 years of experience using technology to challenge students to think critically, problem solve and be creative. Amanda Pickard has been a primary school teacher in Scotland for about 15 years with experience of teaching children from 3-11 years old.   She is currently on a secondment with her local authority as the Digital Development Officer, working with schools, teachers, and pupils to increase digital literacy and computing science skills.    She is passionate about leveraging digital technologies to support, engage, challenge, and inspire.   Her recent classroom experience has been with little learners, primary 1 in Scotland, who are around 5 years old. She has taught digital skills to this age group for a number of years and has seen first-hand the positive impact that this has on their confidence, independence, creativity, and communication.  Teaching keyboard skills is absolutely crucial to opening up opportunities for using dictate to 'write' a descriptive story and for immersive readers to listen to their own stories.  She's a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEExpert), MIE Master Trainer, and one of the MIE Fellows for Scotland.   She believes play and games are the best ways children (and her) learn and loves using Making Thinking Visible thinking routines to help give learners a voice.   A favorite digital tool of hers is ThingLink which allowed her wee class of little learners to become independent in their learning during the lockdown.  Outside of teaching, She's a power-lifting, crocheting, pet-owning, lifelong learner who loves to read.
