EDC and PHUK head honcho Danny Jarvis comes out of retirement for a stunning inward journey, ditching kicks and hi-hats in favour of self-reflection. AD(in)HD is Danny's beatless journey inward, using slow pulses, nature recordings and emotionally rich electronic textures to create space for reflection. His mix explores perception, identity and the layers we accumulate, gently moving towards peace, acceptance and simply sitting with whatever arises.

"Throughout our lives we accumulate identities, expectations, possessions, fears, ambitions and stories about who we think we are. Some are useful; others can gradually distance us from whatever sits underneath them.
This mix is about gently travelling in the opposite direction."

Thank you Danny. AD(in)HD is a sublime addition to our otherworldly The Void series.
Bar well and truly set.

Recorded in the same fashion as the 'good ol' days'. Pull a record out from. Hit record. Pull another and blend it in. Repeat and repeat as appropriate.

One take, a little rusty on the 1210s, but probably the most fun I've had djing at home in ages, playing records I loved when I was younger and throwing in some personal favourites.
Enjoy.

Nick  :)

This episode is a very special one for me.

Emi Galvan is, without a doubt, my favourite producer. His music has had a huge influence on my sound over the years and has shaped the direction of so many of my Early Doors Club mixes. His ability to create deep, emotional, melodic journeys is something I've always admired, and his productions continue to inspire me every time I step behind the decks.

This tribute mix is my way of saying thank you to an artist whose music has provided countless unforgettable moments, both on dancefloors and in my own sets. I've carefully selected some of my favourite Emi Galvan productions and remixes, blending them into a journey that reflects the atmosphere, emotion and energy that make his music so special.

Whether you're already a long-time fan or discovering his sound for the first time, I hope this mix gives you a glimpse into why I hold his music in such high regard.

Turn it up, get lost in the journey, and enjoy this tribute to one of progressive house's true masters.
