In this episode, we are designing a life that you love, that you are actually excited to wake up to, and how to fit your business around that, rather than letting your business run you. 

This show episode was recorded as I sat next to my mum's bedside as she was passing away. Less than 48 hours before this episode was recorded I went live with her and she talked about having dementia and the fact that she never saw illness and old age coming. This Facebook live would be the last time we would talk to her before she passed.

In it she said that we needed to live our lives, take risks and do what we love.  This show episode I have created differently as I want to give you the ability to know how to design a life YOU love.  Not the one we have been told we need to live but one that on our death bed where we will have no regrets.

We talk about what living your best life looks like, how to get out of the rat race that keeps so many trapped so that we can live a life that is truly happy.  In the end, I have also put an exercise to help you really tap into looking at what your dream life could look like if you had no restrictions...if you could do, be and have anything.  This exercise is so profound and one that I come back to regularly.
