Earth-2.net Presents...

On this episode, Kellen takes a quick and unique look at Ghost Hunt, alongside the English voice of Kazuya Shibuya, Todd Haberkorn.

In this week's misogynistic film round-up, Desmond and Darryll have a very uncomfortable conversation about sex, Nazis, and Smokey and the Bandit while reviewing Salon Kitty. Then Desmond is a little weirded out by how much he enjoyed Lars von Trier's controversial Antichrist. And he makes a lot of enemies in his review of the film Adrien Brody doesn't want you to see: Giallo. Then Darryll can't get enough and joins us for a little bit of feedback and a peanut butter 'nana sammich. Songs bordering on misogyny: "She" by KISS, "Nazi Girlfriend" by Iggy Pop, "Master's Hands" by Charlotte Gainsbourg, "She Is Beautiful" by Children of Bodom, and "Only Women Bleed" by Alice Cooper. Please don't tell my wife. Send feedback to: [email protected], or 206.203.1213. Join the Facebook group!

In his grand return, The Master frames The Doctor for the murder of the Gallifreyan Lord President ("The Deadly Assassin"). And a mistake comes back to haunt The Doctor, as a sentient computer with The Doctor's personality causes havoc on a distant world ("The Face of Evil"). Also, the leather-clad Leela joins the TARDIS. Mmmmhhh, Leela!

Something happens in Electric Ant, but neither host can say what. Is Absolute All-Star Superman a modern classic, or does Mike have another anti-Grant Morrison rant ready to dole out? And Daredevil takes a trip into madness with Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli's Daredevil: Born Again.

In "Jet," Katara falls for a sweet-talking terrorist. In "The Great Divide" the gang decides to walk across a canyon (it's exciting as it sounds). And in "The Storm" we learn the histories of both Aang and Zuko. Also, Kellen gives out the most controversial score yet.

Extra Lives begins a new era this episode, with Aaron and Damien starting their playthrough of the PC classic Myst. Can our hosts brave the abstract puzzles? Will they unlock the mystery of the kiddie pool? Will they be able to overcome the crippling loneliness? Listen and find out. Other topics include Deadly Premonition, Justin Bieber, Deadly Premonition, nude codes, and Deadly Premonition.

Supergirl crosses paths with her government-controlled clone, setting up the epic Cadmus storyline ("Fearful Symmetry"). Booster Gold saves the world, but no one knows it ("The Greatest Story Never Told"). Amazo returns to Earth to face Lex Luthor, and seemingly destroys Oa in the process ("The Return"). A group of young heroes learn a deep, dark truth about themselves ("Ultimatum"). And alien technology threatens the planet, prompting the League to reveal their secret weapon ("Dark Heart"). Oh, and Mike rants about Brett Favre and the sports media.

This week, Dread Media has an episode for you, and you're probably going to like it. Desmond and Darryll discuss the tiers of John Carpenter's catalogue after a viewing of Prince of Darkness. Then Desmond goes solo on The Rig. Tunes included: "Speak of the Devil" by The Misfits, "Prince of Darkness" by Alice Cooper, "Ocean Man" by Ween, and "Perish in Fire" by Monster Magnet. Seriously, pray for death. Send feedback to: [email protected], or 206.203.1213. Join the Facebook group!

Court is back in session! This time, Tom and Derrick take an hour to celebrate the life, creativity, genius, and work of one of the most prolific television writer / producers: Steven J. Cannell. Join the Boys Outta Brooklyn as they discuss how Cannell used genre conventions to explore character, pioneered now-accepted television storytelling tropes, and recreated himself when his stock was declining. All this, plus Derrick wants to hide the orange juice, lil' Tom gets to stay up late, and talk about how NBC doesn't have the guts to reboot The Rockford Files... mere days before NBC announced a new version of this landmark series! You don't wanna get on no plane, so get to clicking!

The Doctor accidentally brings a powerful alien threat to Italy, and must save a young duke (and the world) from a being of unimaginable power ("The Masque of Mandragora"). Also, the guys say goodbye to Sarah after she becomes the pawn of an ancient alien bent on revenge ("The Hand of Fear"). However, what you're all really waiting for is to hear how badly Mike butchers "Mandragora."
