In this final episode of the season, I’m reflecting on my journey through 2024—sharing the challenges I’ve faced, the lessons I’ve learned, and how leaning into authenticity and self-ownership has been a game-changer. I’ll close out the Triangle of Transformation, a framework that’s been guiding me. It’s about committing to your values, embodying daily practices, composting the messy experiences, and weaving all of it into your life in a meaningful way. I’m opening up about my own experiences with burnout—how it cracked me open to better understand myself and my needs. My hope is to inspire you to embrace your own path of transformation and growth, one step at a time.
