This original poetic story, The Girl In the Tree, is a short tale of reclamation and reconnection to one's true self. This creative process is a metaphor for discussion through the analysis of collective and individual traumas. We reference:

• fear of embodying our most authentic and true nature
• the process of societal pressure to being small
• the unfolding of relations with all beings 
• creative reference for reclaiming integrity that may have been lost in societal, gender and familial conditioning
