A poem spoken through presence.
A remembering for every woman who has ever expanded to hold life.
In this piece, I speak from the field about pregnancy —
not as a physical experience,
but as the dissolving of identity
and the quiet rebirth that begins the moment life enters you.
This transmission moves through:
the widening of awareness
the love that expands you
It holds my experiences with all three pregnancies—
but as moments where presence widened me,
where identity fell away,
where I opened in ways I didn’t know were possible.
This is for the women who are becoming.
For the women who are unravelling.
For the women who think they are losing themselves,
they are expanding beyond who they ever were.
Let it be felt more than understood.
