It holds my experiences with all three pregnancies—

where identity fell away,

where I opened in ways I didn’t know were possible.

This is for the women who are becoming.

For the women who are unravelling.

For the women who think they are losing themselves,

when in truth,

they are expanding beyond who they ever were.

This transmission moved through me as a full-body knowing.

We often try to heal the form — the body, the mind, the identity — believing something is broken. And while healing may help release stored emotions and soften the grip of stories… it’s still rooted in a belief that the form needs fixing.

But the deeper truth is this:

You are not the form.

You are the awareness that emanates the form.

You are life itself.

When you remember that — truly feel it — so much of what you were trying to heal simply falls away. Not because it’s resolved, but because it’s no longer you.

You don’t need to be healed.
