On this Palm Sunday, Pastor Brian begins a short Easter series he has entitled "Set Free." This week, we turn to Galatians 5 to see what being set free by Jesus really looks like in our lives.

Fear. It's something that we all experience, but it isn’t necessarily bad.

In fact, a big step of maturity is learning to fear what we should fear and learning to not fear what we shouldn’t fear.

This morning, Pastor Reist looks at what Scripture says about fear as he discusses one fear in particular: the fear of man.

"When God says 'no,' there may not be any sin involved, but there’s always His sovereignty involved."

Pastor Brian takes us to 2 Samuel 7 to look at how David responded when God said "no." When His plans are different than ours, how do we react? What does God call us to do?

Sometimes we don’t like the commands God gives. “Why would He require such things of me?" we say. This week, Pastor Brian looks at the story of Uzzah and the Ark of the Covenant in 2 Samuel 6 to learn some very important lessons about God's character and His holiness.

We as humans are not the best promise keepers. However, we serve a God who is!

Pastor Brian takes us to 2 Samuel 2-3 to see how God always keeps His word.

As we enter 2 Samuel and hit the halfway mark in our study on David, Pastor Brian takes us back through the main lessons we've learned along the way.

What does bitterness really accomplish? And what can freedom from bitterness look like in our lives? Pastor Brian heads to the example of David (and ultimately Christ) in 2 Samuel 1 to answer these questions.
