This is just a general catch up and rant to let you know I’m still alive and kicking.

In this episode I talk about how Doctor Who was always "woke", what the term means and how we need to be ever vigilant against ignorance and hate.

In this episode I talk about the new monster movie from TOHO studios: Godzilla Minus One. Is it worth seeing? Should it get a wider release or should it be avoided? Listen to find out my opinion as a life long fan of the big green lizard.

This is a life update 6 month on since I decided to put myself first rather than wasting time and energy on people who didn't deserve both my time or my energy.

It's good news, I promise.

In order to improve your life, consider putting yourself first.

Instead of people pleasing or thinking that the ego is a bad thing,
develop some self respect by putting yourself first.

The devaluation ends - from others and yourself.
You won't be wasting your time and money on people who don't deserve it.
You get more time to do the things you want to do.
You can work towards getting promotions and pay rises.
Becoming proactive.
Eating better.
Exercising more.
Listen to your own needs and those of others.
Treating yourself right.
Setting boundaries.
