**THIS WEEK'S REVIEWS

Is Megyn Kelly really a racist, or did NBC just find a great way to get rid of a $69 million mistake? What have we learned about the alleged Trump-loving pipe bomber? Chelsea Handler thinks its fun to make fun of gay people, or, at least, Sen. Lindsey Graham. And what's the best Halloween candy?

On this Snack Size edition of Eat! Drink! Smoke! Tony Katz speaks with Fingers Malloy and April D. Gregory about the recent addition to the Buffalo Wild Wings menu

Buffalo Wild Wings has recently begun serving pumpkin bbq wings. The question? Why? Why is everything pumpkin all the time in the fall?

Or, is it just a fun novelty, and people should just give it a shot?

If you win the Mega Millions lottery - currently $1.6 billion - what would you do? Or, what wouldn't you do? A caravan of immigrants is coming from Honduras, and it looks much more like an invasion. Who wants cereal wine, and is Hillary Clinton seriously thinking about running in 2020?

The Eat? – ?????

The mob is real. Unless you're Brooke Baldwin on CNN. In that case, there are no mobs going after politicans and others in restaurants and at their homes. Why is the word "mob" now something that network and cable news push back against?

Actress Maggie Gyllenhaal, appearing on The View, says that her 12 year-old daughter is an "activist" and a "feminist," and she cried when she learned that another 12 year-old said she wasn't a feminist. What were you like when you were 12? And do parents want their children to be activists?

And Apple screwed over Tony's mom. Did the same thing happen to you?

This episode was recorded as the confirmation vote took place on Judge Brett Kavanaugh. He was confirmed to the Supreme Court. So, with him in mind:

**The Eat? – Domino's Pizza

Kavanaugh's confirmation did not come without controversy, and it has no end in sight. Tony says that Oct. 6th is the day that you can mark the start of the new Civil War. He added to it here - "Look, call it what you will. Maybe someone will come up with a better name for what it is we are seeing in America. But when people call Sen. Susan Collins of Maine, "pro-rape?" We have a problem that doesn't just go away with the next news cycle."

Fingers Malloy likes pineapple and banana pepper pizza. Yeah, it's wierd. But why does pineapple bring out such anger in people, and what's the point of being faux outraged about everything you see and hear? Also, Domino's Philly Cheesesteak Pizza? Not bad at all.

Oh, and Tony flat out disses Chicago pizza.

The Snack Size edition of Eat! Drink! Smoke! this week asks the question that everyone has asked eachother in the wake of the testimony and confirmation hearings of Justice Brett Kavanaugh:

Have You Ever Been Black-Out Drunk?

Tony Katz speaks with Fingers Malloy and April D. Gregory about the question that gripped America. For the record - Tony was a no. Fingers and April? Well......

On this Snack Size edition of Eat! Drink! Smoke! Tony Katz speaks with Fingers Malloy and April D. Gregory about the new competitiors to the NFL

Vince McMahon, of WWE fame, is restarting the XFL. (No word yet on whether HeHateMe will be playing.) And then there is the American Alliance of Football, being backed by people like long time GM and front office pro Bill Polian.

Is there room for competition with the NFL? Can these leagues deliver high-quality entertainment without the political nonsense? Or does America only have room in their heart for one team, and one league. Even if that league is the NFL, and even if that team is the Lions.

Right, Fingers?

The Eat? – Gigi's Cupcakes, Indianapolis

The Brett Kavanaugh hearings has media saying that women oppose the Supreme Court nominee. But does CNN, or Sens. Kamala Harris or Mazie Hirono, speak for all women?

A teacher gets fired for giving students a zero for failing to hand in their homework. The school district has a "no zero" policy, and the lowest grade a child can get is a 50%. This sets of an intense and hilarious exchange about parents, students and participation trophies.

And what's with all the hate towards pumpkin spice?
