Finding the right fertility diet is key & guess what? There’s NO right one for everyone dealing with infertility! Sure there are some key elements to bring in to your diet to support healthy egg & sperm, but the real secret is finding out what foods DON’T work for you and eliminating them. Anyone dealing with unexplained infertility and/or an autoimmune issue should 100% look into the Autoimmune Paleo Diet. This is an excellent guideline to eliminating inflammatory foods that you wouldn’t necessarily think of as having a negative impact on your fertility. But take it from me, diet matters, and if you want to increase your chances of getting pregnant seeking out the best fertility diet for you is vital.

I explained my unexplained infertility by discovering that I had High Natural Killer Cells. And the reason I had High Natural Killer Cells, was because I had an unhealthy gut. Yep, you just read that right. My gut was the root cause of my unexplained infertility!
