Avelene Dalton is an energetic life coach with a foundation in social care and holistic wellbeing. Holding a degree in Social Care, a certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a diploma in Somatic Muscle Release and Reiki, she brings a deeply integrative approach to personal growth and emotional healing.

Avelene currently works one-to-one with clients, supporting them in navigating life transitions, building resilience and confidence while expressing emotions and healing wounds. She also hosts wellness events that blend practical tools with mind-body awareness, creating grounded and empowering experiences.

Avelene is also a facilitator for Effective Tools to Thrive program in schools and companies, helping individuals develop emotional intelligence, confidence, and wellbeing practices that empower individuals for life.

About Rebecca

Rebecca Keogh is a voice and performance coach who helps speakers, singers, and professionals communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Drawing on experience in vocal technique, stage presence, and storytelling, Rebecca supports clients in finding their unique voice, whether they’re on stage, behind a microphone, or presenting in the boardroom.

Blending practical tools with a supportive, results-focused approach, Rebecca helps clients overcome performance anxiety, build vocal strength, and create more engaging, impactful delivery. Through one-to-one coaching, workshops, and online sessions, Rebecca focuses on sustainable vocal health, expressive communication, and powerful connection with audiences of any size.

In addition to coaching, Rebecca collaborates with creatives and organisations on live events and recorded projects, helping shape performances that feel grounded, present, and emotionally resonant. SAL is an Irish singer-songwriter with a difference. Her music explores the many colours in the spectrum of folk music music, always showcasing her own versatility as an artist, whilst maintaining her pop sensibilities. Originally hailing from County Kildare, Ireland, SAL has spent her recent years in Cork, Ireland, creating and performing all the time. After signing a management deal with London based Charlie B Management, SAL was unveiled at Liverpool Irish Festival 2021, where she showcased a set of brand new material with her band. SAL has underwent international touring since 2019 all across Europe, from the UK to Germany to Switzerland. Her music maintains obscure and vibrant pop sensibilities, with organic indie folk at the foundation of her writing. In the world of live music, SAL has covered a huge amount of ground, from gracing stages in some of Ireland’s most prestigious venues and festivals, to regular shows in the UK and Germany. Along the way, she has shared the stage with some amazing artists, such as Declan O’Rourke, Aimee, Scullion, Hermitage Green, Mick Flannery, The Stunning, Luka Bloom, Wyvern Lingo, and many more. 2023 was a big year for SAL. Every single release of SAL impressively reaching to Number #1 on the Irish iTunes Charts consecutively, she then did a national tour of Ireland supporting the brilliant TOUCAN, performing sold out shows in venues such as Theatre, Royal Waterford and Whelan's Dublin. After connecting with new audiences at shows in London during the summer, the artist spent winter 2023 touring with Declan O’Rourke in Cork and Killarney on his upcoming acoustic tour and also touring with Niall McCabe across Ireland. SAL started 2024 including a highly successful sold out tour of Germany in February and supporting Stephanie Rainey on her sold out tour of Ireland. With another German tour to follow this year, UK tour and Spanish dates to follow, SAL is only getting started.

Chase Nova Band are a genre-melding band based in Dublin, Ireland. Chase Nova is the lead songwriter for the group, while Ken, Georgia, Josh and Harry provide unique dynamic soundscapes for each song. Their live shows are always special and never the same twice. Their debut single “Echo” reached no. 3 in the iTunes Ireland singles charts while their debut album, “The Sobering Fact” reached no.2 on the iTunes Ireland album charts. They are currently working on their anticipated follow-up release and have 3 singles planned for a 2024 release

Lady Fi is a Cork based Irish Multi genre Improvisational vocalist, performer, voice workshop facilitator, singing for wellbeing coach & long time Yoga teacher.

Always intrigued by the human voice, sound, resonance & vibrational wellness she has been led to a passage of lifelong inquiry. Delving into the natural world, the manufactured and the unseen realms of sound & music.

While living for many years in the Northern California, Hawaiian Islands, Florida & Upper East coast of U.S Lady Fi explored a plethora of musical experiences, imbibing different cultural styles & genres. During her time in Hawaii she was exposed to & studied sound as a modality for healing & change. Upon returning to Ireland to raise her children she focused her energies in the realms of devotional singing for some time, then moved into the incorporation of instrumentation, voice & deep states of meditative restoration.

Through her years she has performed with dozens of different bands & collectives, leading her to her current projects here in Cork.

About Kevin

Kevin dreams of working in every facet and capacity of the industry, as a singer, songwriter, musician, actor, arranger and producer. His debut single titled Embrace the World, a supergroup collaboration with Irish artists Emma Langford, Ger O Hanlon, Caroline Kay, Stephen Gormley, Molly Lynch, Mark Daly, Lisa Curran and Rebecca Houlihan, is in benefit of AsIAm, Ireland’s leading Autism charity.

The song debuted on the Irish iTunes Singles Charts and the Irish iTunes Rock Charts at #1, and entered the Irish Homegrown Top 20 in a mere two days of its release.

The project is very meaningful to Kevin as he was diagnosed with Autism at the age of five, and it is his way of communicating with the world and assisting a prominent charity ran by autistic people for autistic people. He looks forward to releasing his debut EP later in the year.
