In this video series, I sit down with my nutritionist Aden to discuss eating foods in season.  In today's modern world, we have access to the same fruits / vegetables year round because of grocery stores.  This is not how food was meant to be eaten.  Each plant grows / blooms in different seasons, and our bodies are used to consuming foods in rotation.  

Video #1:  Increasing Nutrient Density - Eating plants when they're in season gives us additional benefits from the increased nutrient density. *THIS VIDEO*

Video #2:  Taste - Food tastes better when it's in season. Ever bite into that strawberry during the summer months? So sweet it's unbelievable! Video #3:  Financial - Eating in season is also financially smart.  Food costs less when it is grown locally and in season.  When a food has to be shipped from part of the world due to weather / season, it costs more.
