Eat more vegetables by adding them to your eggs in the morning. Change it up every week, so you can get loads of new plant-based nutrients. Watch out! There are foods that enlarge your thryoid (goitrogens) and slow your thyroid like RAW kale and broccoli. Cook these foods to eliminate their goitrogenic effect.
Soft tissue injuries are frequently confused with hard tissue injuries. Soft Tissue = Tendonitis Hard Tissue = Arthritis Hard tissue injuries often cause soft tissue injuries.
