Eat more vegetables by adding them to your eggs in the morning.  Change it up every week, so you can get loads of new plant-based nutrients.  Watch out! There are foods that enlarge your thryoid (goitrogens) and slow your thyroid like RAW kale and broccoli.  Cook these foods to eliminate their goitrogenic effect.

Soft tissue injuries are frequently confused with hard tissue injuries.   Soft Tissue = Tendonitis Hard Tissue = Arthritis  Hard tissue injuries often cause soft tissue injuries.  Do not blame all of your pain on arthritis without getting your soft tissues analyzed.  Want to learn more about PRP and Stem Cell Therapy?

Low cortisol is linked to intractable pain.  Adrenal dysfunction ultimately lowers your cortisol levels, which are your personal anti-inflammatory hormone.  Moreover, adrenal stress and prolonged cortisol dysfunction causes the brain to be more sensitive to pain.
