She also coaches people on how to recover from sugar addictions and emotional eating. Liv and Tamir discuss the challenge of being stuck in the cycle of bad food and bad sleep, which causes mood swings and energy slumps. Liv shares tips for how to improve this cycle like exercise, outdoor activities, and advocates that supplements and healthy foods can’t cover up eating processed sugar and junk food.
