Preparing kids for the next stages in life is a main tenant of the Boys and Girls Club and we dive deeper into that what Tatjana Trommershauer.  She is the Career & Workforce Development Coordinator at the club and runs the Be Great Graduate Program within Eau Claire Middle Schools.

The Be Great Graduate Program is aimed towards preventing dropout and aimed at those at risk.  From academic to emotional to social problems, the issue of dropout does exist in our area.  She explains what the program looks like, the type of support they provide and how they work in concert with local schools.
