“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such, there is no law.” (Galatians 5:22-23)
Welcome to another daily prayer. Prayer works. Approach prayer with joy and cultivate the fruit of the Spirit.
The essence of the Spirit is beautifully captured through virtues such as love, which embodies selflessness and compassion; joy, which radiates positivity and gratitude in all circumstances; and peace, a profound sense of tranquility amid life’s challenges. Additionally, long-suffering reflects patience and endurance in the face of adversity, while gentleness suggests a disposition of kindness and tender-heartedness towards others. Goodness signifies a commitment to moral integrity and benevolence, and faith embodies trust and belief that transcends doubt. Meekness illustrates humility and strength under control, and temperance speaks to self-control and moderation in our desires and actions. Together, these qualities form a holistic representation of a life guided by the Spirit, emphasizing that there are no limits or constraints against such virtues.
